**What is the difference between Class I Division 1 and Division 2?**

Division 1 covers locations where ignitable gases or vapors are present continuously or frequently under normal conditions. Division 2 covers locations where those hazards are normally confined and only present under abnormal conditions. Start with the site’s official area classification, then match form factor and any Class II dust or Class III fiber ratings.

**How fast can I get a quote or receive my order?**

Most inquiries receive a reply within one business day. Standard configurations can often be quoted the same or next day, with nationwide shipping from U.S. warehouses to all 50 states.

**What certifications do Maes Lighting fixtures carry?**

Depending on the family: UL844, UL924, UL 1598A Marine, ATEX, IECEx, NSF, DLC, ETL, RoHS, IP66–IP69K, and NEMA 4X. The exact certification set is verified against each application.

**Can your lighting handle 150°C environments?**

Yes. The RT-IL-150C family is rated up to 150°C at the LED engine and uses a remote-mounted driver. EDGE and RT-IL families carry lower limits, so selection is based on measured ambient temperature.

**Do you offer custom-engineered lighting layouts?**

Yes. Maes Lighting develops lighting layouts, photometric plans, and turnkey packages around the facility’s classification, temperature, ingress, sanitation, marine, and coverage requirements.
