Confirm the battery unit first, since these heads draw from it and its capacity determines how many can be supported. Then head count and output per position. The documented −40 to 131 °F range is the widest in the emergency range, which is often why this family is chosen.

HPRL solves a placement problem rather than a lighting one. Where egress illumination is required but a battery unit cannot be mounted — restricted ceilings, washdown zones, classified boundaries — remote heads run from a separate unit over low-voltage wiring.
