Project brief
This Dallas parking lot retrofit standardized on modern shoebox LEDs with Type III and V optics to match aisles and open bays. Output and distribution were tuned to existing pole spacing and operating hours. The result is brighter, more even coverage, better perimeter impressions, and reduced energy and maintenance.

Legacy poles and spacing remained, so we paired LS ESBV shoebox LEDs with Type III and V optics to match aisles and open bays. Output and controls were tuned for operating hours, yielding better uniformity, cleaner perimeter impressions, and lower energy and maintenance.
